The adults in the Troop operate as their own patrol. They share cooking and cleaning duties and try to show the boys that you can make more than just pancakes and Ramen noodles on a camp out.

Remember, in Scouting the adults only assist the youth leadership in implementing the Scouting program. Allowing the boys to succeed or fail (safely) on their own is part of the Scouting experience.
